944 Magazine and T-Mobile presents Neon Carnival 2012, hosted by Brent Bolthouse! Come by and enjoy the intoxicating carnival with all your favorite attractions and sets by DJ Jesse Marco and DJ Kayper. The carnival has everything from Oompa Loompas to clowns on stilts. Celebrities such as Danny Devito and Paris Hilton have attended the event in the previous years. The event is held at an airplane hanger near the Empire Polo Fields. It’s gonna be a wild one, so don’t miss out!
In 2011, Vestal watch company hosted “Vestal Village”, a massive party at a desert estate sponsored by Red Bull, near Coachella. They will be hosting another party in 2012, so stay tuned for the line up and more info!

It’s a special year for FILTER Magazine as they celebrate the publication’s 10 years of operation. FILTER is hosting their 10th Annual Coachella Kick Off Party, held at the Corona Yacht Club in Coachella. The line up in 2011 featured artists like Dam-Funk, Theophilus London, Active Child, and Fat Lip.
Ace Hotel Palm Springs will be hosting their annual Desert Gold event, from April 13-22!
As is our tradition, we’ll be celebrating with Desert Gold during Coachella — this year the Roadside Attraction edition brings together pan-global congregants of the church of music from electronica and jazz traditions to Afrobeat and beyond with artists, designers and wanderers to create an atmosphere evocative of the oddities and wonders that dot the highways of the West. This thing has a life of its own and its growing, so stay tuned.

Even though Coachella sold out early this year, there’s still a reason to head out to the desert this weekend. The parties, once a supplement to the Coachella experience, have now become a comparable (if not better) alternative to the festival. This year over a dozen parties have been announced in the desert, many of which are free and have special performances from artists with time slots at the festival. As we did last year, here’s a list we’ve compiled of Coachella 2011 parties. Here we go:

That’s right. Filter’s once again gearing up to the 9th annual kick-off party on Thursday, 4/15 where everyone who’s anyone will gather to toast the festival days to come. This year, they’ve teamed up with T-Mobile, Jansport and a few other sponsors to bring you a three day event.
Mist Poolside at Aqua Caliente Ongoing Friday, Saturday and Sunday — April 16th, 17th and 18th
There’s no Music Loves Fashion this year. Instead immerse yourself pool party sounds and performances by DJs and live bands all weekend long at the Mist Poolside.
The Mist Poolside Lounge event will be a full throttle, fun, entertaining 3-day weekend featuring national DJ’s including Scotty Boy, EC Twins, Vice, Donald Glaude, Anthony Attalla, Scooter & Lavelle, Charles Feelgood and many others with live performances from Afrobeta, Speaker Junkies and Rico De Largo.
Desert Gold — Coachella 2011 Ongoing from Thursday 4/14 to Sunday 4/17
Coachella weekend at Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs — our 3rd annual Desert Gold. A ridiculously perfect line-up of bands and DJs by the pool and in the Commune, plus DIY footwear crafting with Havaianas, free haircuts from Rudy’s Barbershop, midnight shows in King’s Highway, and a bunch of other stuff we’ll tell you about as the weekend draws near. Performances from Gaslamp Killer, Flying Lotus and others.
The Do-Over Coachella Special Edition Sunday 4/17 Noon – 6PM
The Do-Over crew, along with Adidas, is throwing a very special select engagement to round out the Coachella weekend in the desert at the Ace Hotel and Swim Club in Palm Springs. RSVP to get exclusive access to the commune and enjoy the sweet heat with some serious sounds, sangria and bbq.
Lacoste L!VE Saturday and Sunday April 16 and 17 2PM – 6PM

Alright, troops―you know the drill. It’s that time of year again when your best buds at Anthem rally together for our annual Coachella desert decimation. We’ve been knocking your socks off, blasting you with music provided to you by some of the finest internal DJ’s around, liquoring you up with bars equipped with bottomless wells, and hooking you up with all sorts of radical products our sponsoring partners in crime throw our way.
We’re switching properties once again, and while we can’t tell you where we’ll be shacking up for the weekend of April 17, we can give you two keywords you’ll keep hearing for the next two weeks: LA GOON. That’s right, people―we’re taking it up a notch with the incorporation of a Tarzan, King Of the Jungle-style lagoon as our centerpiece. The usual accommodations will be duly provided, too, of course, from a huge pool to a bar fit to serve kings and queens. Come join Belvedere 1X, BPM Magazine and many more for the 3rd annual Music Loves Fashion Coachella bash at the Riviera hotel in Palm Springs! Rented out for the Coachella weekend, Belevedere 1X is hosting a two night after party on Friday and Saturday night and 55DSL is hosting the Saturday pool party!!
Produced by Time Supper Club, Jeff Duke & Adam Frankel, they coordinated “a Coachella of their own”, booking over 40 artists to perform at the event, like SebastiAn, DJ Mehdi, Kavinsky, LA Riots and more! It’s going to be a wild weekend and we’re really stoked for this event.
